The blank above is filled in with the pain, negative emotion, phobia or other problem you want to address. It doesn't matter whether you believe the affirmation or not, just say it out loud three times while you are tapping on the karate chop point (side of the hand.)
It's All in the Fingertips
Using the fingertips of either or both hands, you will be tapping gently on the EFT/meridian energy points shown above. Tap about 7 times on each point while repeating the reminder phrase. Note that these points proceed down the body, starting with the top of the head. Alternately, you can start at the eyebrow point, moving down the body and finishing at the top of the head. The reminder phrase is a word or short phrase that describes the problem you indentified in the setup. For example:
This headache pain. This fear of public speaking.
This anger. This stiffness in my neck.
